We serve all homemade items, right down to our in-house smoked brisket, ribs, and pork. Our recipes are a result of Greg (Carp) Carpenter’s years of restaurant experience across the United States. We’ve tried to create interesting flavors from all over the world, in an affordable menu.  Please enjoy our continental cuisine with a southwest twist.
